From our exclusive talent database, we present you with up to three high-quality, verified, and pre-screened candidates to review for interview.
Trial
An in-person experience brings you one step closer to finding the right fit. A Trial*, with the intent to hire, provides clear expectations ensuring both parties a great match!
Hire
We are confident the person you’ve selected will be the perfect, long-term hire. In the event a new candidate is required, we offer a 60-day replacement guarantee.
How it Works
Application Review
We begin by reviewing your new hire application and understanding your needs. A recruiter is assigned to work with you throughout our personalized hiring process.
Candidate Search
Your recruiter will explore our nationwide pool of applicants and present you with only the most qualified individuals. Corporate Staffing Solutions will conduct all research necessary to provide you with an accurate match. Our search is so thorough that most employers select the first candidate we introduce.
Introduction Review
You will review a candidate’s application in the comfort and convenience of your own home or office. Whether your needs are: full-time or part-time, permanent or temporary, hybrid or remote, our goal is to make the process of hiring talent completely stress-free. Corporate Staffing Solutions will provide you with the candidate’s education, experience, hobbies, personality traits and work history.
Interview
Your recruiter will arrange Facetime, Zoom and/or phone interview with the candidates you have expressed interest in. Face to face interviews to meet candidates can then be scheduled.
Trial & Hire
Once you have chosen to hire a suitable candidate, Corporate Staffing Solutions will perform our exclusive and extensive screening process that includes a Nationwide Criminal Records Investigation, a Nationwide Sex & Violent Offenders Search, Driving Record Report, Social Media Search and Personality Assessment**. Additionally, you may elect to first Trial* a candidate to ensure a perfect match.
*All Trials are Paid by the Client at the end of the day, based on the hourly wage agreed upon. We recommend 1-3 days.
**Personality Assessment is administered upon client request.
Placement Fees
Ready to Hire
Wish to start the application process, but not yet ready to hire? We offer a “Ready to Hire” grace period of 365 days since the time of your application fee to engage our placement services.

Making sure we connect you with a successful match is our top priority.
Replacement Guarantee
Your placement introduction agreement includes a 60-day replacement period at no additional cost.
