Candidate Search
How do you find your candidates?
We use a combination of targeted outreach, a proprietary database of vetted professionals, industry-specific recruiting, referrals, and digital sourcing strategies to find qualified candidates quickly.
Can you help with hard-to-fill or specialized roles?
Absolutely. Our recruiters are experienced in niche industries and understand how to strategically source candidates with specific skill sets and experience.
Fees & Salary
How are your fees structured?
Our fees are typically structured as a percentage of the candidate’s first-year salary for direct hire placements. For temporary staffing, fees are based on 35% of the gross compensation. We offer customized pricing for high-volume or ongoing partnerships
What is your agency application fee?
Our current application fee for employers is $199. This fee is valid for one year and is the only obligation you have with Corporate Staffing Solutions unless we introduce you to a suitable candidate, which you elect to employ.
Is there a guarantee period if the candidate doesn’t work out?
Yes. We offer a guarantee period for all direct hire placements. If a candidate leaves or does not meet expectations within that timeframe, we will replace the candidate at no additional cost.
Do you help with salary negotiations?
Yes. Our team manages salary discussions, ensuring offers are competitive and aligned with current market trends to support successful hires.
Candidate Screening
How do you screen candidates?
Our candidates go through a comprehensive screening process, including resume reviews, in-depth interviews, skills assessments (as needed), professional reference checks, and background verification if required.
Can you customize screening requirements to fit our company’s standards?
Absolutely. We tailor our screening process to align with your internal policies including specific reference requirements, or background checks. We however do not conduct credit checks on your behalf.
Hiring
Will you help coordinate interviews?
Yes. We manage all interview logistics, from scheduling and preparing candidates to gathering feedback and facilitating next steps.
How involved are you after a candidate is placed?
Our involvement doesn’t end once a placement is made. We check in with both the client and candidate to ensure a smooth transition and offer support if any adjustments are needed.
Can you staff multiple positions at once?
Yes. We are equipped to manage multiple openings across departments or even large-scale hiring initiatives through dedicated account management and specialized recruiting teams.
How do you ensure cultural fit?
In addition to evaluating skills and experience, we take time to understand your company’s culture, leadership style, team dynamics, and long-term goals. Our vetting process includes behavioral interviews and detailed candidate profiling to ensure strong alignment beyond just the résumé.
