Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of office management experience, preferably in professional services.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and workflow management software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Work Environment
- Location: Austin, TX
- Work Type: Fully onsite with occasional remote days approved.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $62,000 – $79,000 annually, based on experience.
