Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior management with reporting and administrative initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of office management experience, preferably in professional services.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and workflow management software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Work Environment

  • Location: Austin, TX
  • Work Type: Fully onsite with occasional remote days approved.
  • Travel: None.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: $62,000 – $79,000 annually, based on experience.
