Diversity and Inclusion Officer – Talent Strategy Partner

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support end-to-end HR functions including onboarding, compliance, and development.
  • Advise leadership on HR policy, DEI initiatives, and performance programs.
  • Facilitate employee relations and resolution processes with care and discretion.
  • Manage HR systems and reporting tools to inform decisions.
  • Support company-wide HR projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; HR certifications a plus.
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR generalist or specialist roles.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and employment law standards.
  • Commitment to employee advocacy and ethical leadership.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: $78,264 – $89,433 annually
