Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage hospitality services for events, clients, or venues.
- Lead day-to-day operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to exceed service standards.
- Monitor and improve processes related to guest satisfaction and efficiency.
- Oversee logistics, inventory, and team schedules where applicable.
Qualifications
- Degree in Hospitality, Events, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in hotel, event, or service management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and time management capabilities.
- Ability to lead by example in high-touch, fast-paced environments.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $49,968 – $71,288 annually
