Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in tech or high-growth sectors.
- Strong knowledge of ATS systems and sourcing tools.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to DEI hiring practices.
Work Environment
- Location: Chicago, IL
- Work Type: Remote with occasional onsite meetings.
- Travel: Limited, mainly for key recruitment events.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $72,000 – $95,000 annually, based on experience.
