Talent Acquisition Partner – High-Growth Teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in tech or high-growth sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS systems and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Commitment to DEI hiring practices.

Work Environment

  • Location: Chicago, IL
  • Work Type: Remote with occasional onsite meetings.
  • Travel: Limited, mainly for key recruitment events.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: $72,000 – $95,000 annually, based on experience.
  • Benefits: Full health coverage, unlimited PTO, remote work stipends, and annual bonuses.
