Key Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting operations including A/P, A/R, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Manage monthly and annual financial closings and reporting.
- Collaborate with external auditors and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Drive improvements in accounting processes and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Extensive knowledge of financial reporting standards and best practices.
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
- Proficiency in ERP and accounting software platforms.
Work Environment
- Location: Austin, TX
- Work Type: Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote).
- Travel: Minimal.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $98,000 – $135,000 annually, depending on experience.
