Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support end-to-end HR functions including onboarding, compliance, and development.
- Advise leadership on HR policy, DEI initiatives, and performance programs.
- Facilitate employee relations and resolution processes with care and discretion.
- Manage HR systems and reporting tools to inform decisions.
- Support company-wide HR projects and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; HR certifications a plus.
- 3–6 years of experience in HR generalist or specialist roles.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and employment law standards.
- Commitment to employee advocacy and ethical leadership.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $81,807 – $104,879 annually
