Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Assist with the implementation of HR programs and policy development.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and conflict resolution.
- Maintain HRIS databases and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Collaborate on employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience in dynamic environments.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and people skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and reporting tools.
Work Environment
- Location: Boston, MA
- Work Type: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 remote.
- Travel: Limited to training and development events.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $68,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience.
