HR Generalist – People Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Assist with the implementation of HR programs and policy development.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain HRIS databases and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Collaborate on employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience in dynamic environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and people skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and reporting tools.

Work Environment

  • Location: Boston, MA
  • Work Type: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 remote.
  • Travel: Limited to training and development events.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: $68,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience.
  • Benefits: Health and wellness packages, paid parental leave, 401(k) with matching.
