Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate meetings, galas, and private events.
- Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and venue representatives.
- Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans.
- Manage onsite event execution and troubleshoot real-time issues.
- Oversee post-event evaluation and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of event coordination experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends for events as needed.
Work Environment
- Location: Chicago, IL
- Work Type: Onsite with event site travel required.
- Travel: 20-30% travel for event locations.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $54,000 – $70,000 annually, based on event portfolio experience.
