Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage hospitality services for events, clients, or venues.
  • Lead day-to-day operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to exceed service standards.
  • Monitor and improve processes related to guest satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Oversee logistics, inventory, and team schedules where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Hospitality, Events, or related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in hotel, event, or service management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to lead by example in high-touch, fast-paced environments.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: $66,262 – $85,400 annually
