What You Will Do:

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service and culinary excellence

Train, mentor, and manage back-of-house team members with a focus on performance and consistency

Ensure all menu items are executed with precision, quality, and presentation under the direction of the Executive Chef
-
Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and contribute to a positive, communicative kitchen culture

Maintain strict standards for sanitation, food safety, prep, storage, and rotation
-
Manage kitchen equipment maintenance and ensure cleanliness and readiness at all times
-
Identify areas for cost control, operational efficiency, and improved safety

Support special events, seasonal promotions, and local outreach efforts
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a coastal or seafood-focused concept

Strong understanding of culinary operations, food safety, and team leadership

A hands-on, collaborative leader who thrives under pressure and leads by example

A passion for quality ingredients, well-executed dishes, and coastal hospitality

Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
